1. Lets have all members check their caches by the end of march to make sure they are in good condition. 2. FYI, Geowoodstock 3 is coming up on Memorial Day Weekend 3. Kay brought in our approved logo and Floridan volunteered to finish it up. 4. Next meeting will be on April 2nd, location TBA 5. $30 lifetime membership offer will be extended through 2005 6. 3 more paid members and we collected an extra $10 over what the pizza cost, so we have $280 in the budget. 7. Sorcia is developing ID cards and will take pictures at the next meeting. 8. Sorcia is still looking into how we can volunteer to do some trail maintenance. Should have an update at the next meeting. 9. Sorcia is talking to an accountant regarding whether to register as a not for profit or an LLC. We need to develop a mission statement. I will continue to volunteer to do the website.
