Do you want a great way to relax, to enjoy the great outdoors, to visit new and interesting destinations, and to spend time with your friends and family while hunting for treasure? TRY GEOCACHING.
Geocaching is a high tech treasure hunt designed to get you into the great outdoors. Using a Global Positioning System (GPS) Unit or some really great clues, you can hunt for treasures hidden in some very interesting places. Geo-Spirit 2006 is designed to help you learn more about geocaches hidden throughout the
Original Florida region (North Florida).
This fun and innovative sport is hitting the world by storm, millions of people across the globe are now GEOCACHING for fun and enjoyment. This is a family fun event. Come join us on December 2nd to learn more about Geocaching.
The Event Is FREE
Event Registration is from 8:00am – 10:00am at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music
Park. Meet our Geo-Caching Event Team at the on the porch of the Main Office
Geocaching for Newbies Workshop at 10:00am
Paperless Geocaching Workshop at 3:00pm to learn all about Geocaching.com
Event Luncheon sponsored by the Original Florida Tourism Task Force
Placing Caches on Public Lands Presentation
Winners of the Regional Hidden Treasures Contest to be Honored
6 Event Caches Hidden throughout the Park to introduce you to Geocaching

Awesome! I didn't see any formal events planned for Friday evening. Are there any informal gatherings planned or a place to do so?
