xx MEETING
« Thread started on: Jan 16th, 2005, 11:35am »

Since Chris has already offered, I suggest a meeting at his house on Thursday, February 3rd (with his wife's ok that is). We can all bring coupons then order out pizza. (bring your own soda) We need to discuss the incorporation papers, geowoodstock, id cards and the propsal by Federation about a state-wide oversite organization. Some of this is pretty important and we need to give our voice to it soon. Please respond quick. We need to know how you feel about getting together and soon.

It should be OK as long as there are not too many coming. So please post if you want to attend. I live right by Tom Brown Park off of Weems Road. If everyone posts what kind of Pizza they like, I could preorder from Hungry Howies and then just be reimbursed.

I'll be there and I'll bring the completed incorporation pages. I can also discuss the results of the Trail Association trail maintenance volunteer situation. Can't eat pizza though....actually can't eat much of anything so I'll bring my own but thanks for the offer. I'd still be willing to donate to the cause if needed.

Chris, since this will be on your turf, why don't you do the honors of the cache page with coordinates to your place? I'll broadcast to those I have email addresses for as well as it being on the TAG site and at geocaching.com. If it gets too big, we'll just move it to Sorcia's.

If this number is too big for you Chris, I recommend moving it to my office on Centerville and Fleischman (because I have no parking room at my house.) I can fit a large number of people there so space isnt' a problem, and I have a conference room with an internet connection and projector if we want to go to the geocaching web site.

We are fine for now. Kay has also offered a larger place if necessary. If we get supprised at the last minute, we can alway use the patio/yard, weather permitting.
